This structure is located behind a home on Great Bridge Boulevard, right next to Oscar Smith High School. There's also a smaller structure alongside it (in the shadows of my first picture) that appears to be of about the same vintage. I asked the Norfolk County Historical Society about its history, but although they are aware of the building, they don't know anything about it.
