PRINCESS ANNE COUNTY COURTHOUSE

The above picture shows the spot (a few hundred feet behind Pleasant Hall) where I believe the foundation for the Princess Anne County courthouse is. It's fairly visible on its own, but I've drawn a square below to highlight it.
If I'm wrong on this, would someone please correct me?
